DECEMBER 2009: Dulles Motorcars, a Subaru and Kia dealership located on Catoctin Circle in Leesburg, has hired The Thomas Simmons Agency to develop its advertising and marketing campaign. The program will include print, radio, TV and onscreen advertising that promote the unique value provided by the dealership.
